Health Reminder:


We would call this a health tip, but the reality is most of us know what’s good for us... we just tend to ‘forget’ it !

 

 

Success is only possible with trying!

We all know that making a difference with our bodies and our health will take effort. It doesn't have to be hard, but it will take some effort in making changes to our daily habits.


The Fit and Fabulous Challenge is the perfect reminder of what we should (and shouldn't) be doing and eating in effort to be healthy!


Things like:
- Drinking 8 glasses of water
- Exercising every day
- Avoiding simple carbs such as pasta and rice

But the reality is, unless you're committed to making a difference, no difference will be made. Take baby steps to health by slowly introducing new habits into your life.

 

Here’s how:

  1. Take a look at the list of activities on the Fit and Fabulous Challenge sheet
  2. Choose ANY activity from the 14 listed
  3. EACH DAY, for the next 2 weeks, ADD another activity from the list to take on
  4. By the end of 14 days you will be on the pathway to health!

This is the starting point of the Fit and Fabulous Challenge... taking this on will have you be prepared to making smart life-long habits.
