The Fit and Fabulous Challenge is the perfect reminder of what we should (and shouldn't) be doing and eating in effort to be healthy!
- Drinking 8 glasses of water
- Exercising every day
- Avoiding simple carbs such as pasta and rice
But the reality is, unless you're committed to making a difference, no difference will be made. Take baby steps to health by slowly introducing new habits into your life.
